Refund Policy
This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Craft Yourself Silly.
Returning an item
If you are unhappy with the items you have received, you can return them to us for a full refund providing the item is undamaged, in the original packaging and is within 14 days of receiving your order.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. If returning a parcel please send your goods to the address below. We also recommend that your parcel is sent recorded delivery as it is the customers’ responsibility if items go missing when returning an item.

Exchanging an item
If you no longer wish to have the goods you ordered and wish to exchange for something different, email us to let us know you are sending back the item and what you wish to exchange the item for at info@craftyourselfsilly.com, and send back the items (the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs). When we have received the items we will then send out your new items, and will either refund or invoice for any difference in the cost of the prices. Please note: you will also be charged an extra postage cost for re-sending out your exchanged items.
Faulty item
If you have received a faulty or broken item from us, please contact us at info@craftyourselfsilly.com and we will happily issue you a refund for postage and offer you either a full refund for the item or a replacement once we have received back the faulty goods.
Please note: We cannot resend your order or refund any costs until we have received back the faulty goods.
Please return your goods to the address below. Postage will be refunded for up to the cost of first class mail and we recommend that you keep proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing.
Please Note: If you are returning a strip cutter to us please email us to let us know and we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you to keep postage costs at a minimum.

Wrong item received
If you have received your item but it is incorrect, please contact us at info@craftyourselfsilly.com and we will happily issue you a refund for postage and offer you either a full refund for the item or a replacement once we have received back the goods.

When can I expect refund for my returned items?
Once we have received the items, we will issue you with the refund and it should be expected to be with you within 2-3 days.
Missing item from my order
If you have received your order and one or more of your item is missing, please contact us at info@craftyourselfsilly.com and we will send you out your missing item/s, free of charge. When you contact us please have ready your order number, and full contact details of where the order was sent.
I have only received part of my order
If some of the items were unavailable when we went to pick your order then these items may have been cancelled from your order and will have been refunded back into your account. Your invoice will show which items have been cancelled from the order.
