The patchwork planner is fusable interfacing backing with diamonds printed onto it. 

It is designed to work with 2.5" On A Rolls and Strips!

Once you have positioned your fabric onto the backing, simply sew along the printed lines to create your Quilt Topper

It is sold by the metre and is approximately 75cm wide
